I went to bed at 7 pm last night! I typically don't get in bed until after 11 pm. After a week and a half of revival at church, I was TIRED. I love going to bed early, but seldom do. How late do you typically stay up? Can you tell a difference in your school work when you go to bed early or stay up extremely late? Explain For the last past week i been going to bed early around 8 or 9 and i sleep really good. i dont be going to sleep in class unless its boring. I used to stay up to 12 or 1 one time i went to bed at 3 in the morning on a school night. I was really sleepy when it was time for me to go to school. It was hard for me to go to sleep to.
